HUD has placed increased emphasis on the requirements of Quality Assurance (QA) third party reviews for HUD affordable housing. We provide quality assurance services and online training to approximately 90 Service Coordinators throughout the country. Your Service Coordinator will be able to expand professional skills through our extensive training and feedback; thereby, creating the highest quality residential programs. Their reviews will be Consistent, Compliant and Confident. We partner with them to operate within your company policies while abiding by HUD guidelines. Each Service Coordinator's confidence and empowerment will provide exceptional supportive services to your communities.
