ORLANDO, FL — AHEPA Management Company, a property management company for 93 affordable senior housing apartment communities across the US, recently held its 2018 Property Managers Conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel, Lake Buena Vista South in Orlando from September 24 – 27, 2018.
Themed “Be Your Own Star,” the conference was attended by 93 managers, assistant managers and regional managers from around the country.

Presenting updates on Fair Housing to the group was keynote speaker Scott P. Moore, a former senior trial attorney with the Civil Rights Division of the U. S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and currently a national expert in ADA and Fair Housing Law and Section 504 trainer. Mr. Moore currently serves as a legal specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Fair Housing “Accessibility First” program.
Another featured speaker was Toni Blake, international speaker, consultant, author and comedienne who speaks to multifamily apartment industry professionals about customer services, sales, marketing and social media.
