About AHEPA Management Company (AMC)

  • AHEPA Management Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHEPA National Housing Corporation.
  • AMC was established in 1991 and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
  • AMC provides on-site property management, maintenance and resident-empowering support services for all AHEPA National Housing Corporation communities of affordable senior housing.
  • AMC keeps up to date on the ever-changing governmental rules and regulations governing federally funded facilities.
  • Currently AMC supports 95 apartment buildings throughout the United States with a national occupancy rate of over 98% with close to 5,000 apartments and approximate 6,000 residents.
  • AMC also provides property management services for third-party property owners of Section 202 housing, assisted living facilities and other multi-unit senior properties.
